Our skill and proprietary techniques create Heating Elements that can cut seal, make curvilinear seals, seal around ports, tubes and fitments, seal discrete areas in multiple layers of material, and seal dissimilar materials. Trlby Heating Elements can create thin seals that are stronger than the much thicker seals produced by other sealing processes. We have methods to maximize seal area, useful when strong seals are required in a confined space, and ways to balance seal strength with peelability.
